How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Commercial Refrigeration page.

JBR is a beachfront community of residential towers, hotels and ground-floor restaurants. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is waterfront stock, and the sea is the variable that changes everything. Salt-laden air corrodes condenser fins and outdoor casings far faster than it does inland, humidity runs higher so coils work harder and drain pans stay wetter, and equipment that would last a decade in Arabian Ranches gives noticeably less here.
Coastal refrigeration equipment corrodes at the condenser and at every fixing, and beachfront F&B sites run their cabinets against a much higher ambient than the specification assumed. Expect shorter service intervals and budget for coil condition rather than treating it as an unexpected fault.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in JBR first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Jbr and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
