Nad Al Sheba is a spacious villa district of large family plots close to Meydan and the racecourse. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
Villa plant is smaller than a tower plant room but it is entirely yours, and in larger properties here it can mean a genuine chilled water system with pumps, an air handler and a buffer vessel rather than a packaged unit. Those systems reward balancing: rooms that never get cool are usually a flow problem, not a capacity problem.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Nad Al Sheba first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Nad Al Sheba and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
