inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A cold room running warm is a stock-loss emergency, not routine maintenance, which is why HILLS AC Services prioritises cold room and walk-in freezer call-outs. We service the compressor, evaporator, door seals and temperature controller so the room holds its set point reliably, not just after the technician leaves.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Cold Room Repair page.

Jebel Ali is a new installation or a corporate maintenance contract, our team covers Jebel Ali with the same fixed pricing and inspection we offer across Dubai. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is industrial and logistics stock, where cooling is a process requirement rather than a comfort one. Plant is large, roof-mounted or floor-standing, runs long hours, and ingests far more dust than a residential system ever will. Downtime is measured in lost production, so the maintenance case is an availability case.
Industrial refrigeration means cold rooms, blast freezers and process chilling where a failure spoils stock by the pallet. Door seals, defrost cycles and condenser cleanliness account for most preventable failures, and all three are cheap to maintain and expensive to ignore.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Jebel Ali first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Jebel Ali and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
