AC Relocation & Shifting · YasminHILLS AC Services provides ac relocation & shifting across Yasmin, an Arabian Ranches 2 townhouse cluster. The refrigerant has to be recovered properly, the pipework re-run and pressure-tested, and the system recommissioned at the new position. Done badly, the unit arrives at its new home with a leak and a shortened life.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Refrigerant recovered into the condenser under gauge rather than vented, so the charge is preserved and nothing is released.
New pipe runs flared and pressure-tested, brackets set level, condensate falls checked before commissioning.
Units temporarily removed and refitted around ceiling, joinery or painting works, scheduled with your other trades.
Usually yes, provided it is in reasonable condition and the new position suits its capacity. We check the unit before agreeing, because relocating a system already near the end of its life is money poorly spent.
That depends on the manufacturer and who carries out the work. We install to specification and document it, which is what most warranty terms require.
A single split unit is typically half a day at each end. Ducted and VRF systems need a survey because the pipework and controls are more involved.
We schedule jobs in Yasmin and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
Moving an air conditioner is not a case of unbolting it from the wall. The refrigerant has to be recovered properly, the pipework re-run and pressure-tested, and the system recommissioned at the new position. Done badly, the unit arrives at its new home with a leak and a shortened life.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Relocation Shifting page.
Jobs in Yasmin are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Yasmin is an Arabian Ranches 2 townhouse cluster. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
The condenser sits outside in Dubai sun, which is the hardest duty any part of the system does. Refrigerant loss, compressor wear and fan motor failure all trace back to how hot that unit runs and how clean its coil is. A villa system that gets its condenser coil washed properly twice a year behaves like a different machine from one that does not.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Yasmin first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Yasmin and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
