AC Relocation & Shifting · MussafahHILLS AC Services provides ac relocation & shifting across Mussafah, Abu Dhabi's main industrial district of workshops, warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The refrigerant has to be recovered properly, the pipework re-run and pressure-tested, and the system recommissioned at the new position. Done badly, the unit arrives at its new home with a leak and a shortened life.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Refrigerant recovered into the condenser under gauge rather than vented, so the charge is preserved and nothing is released.
New pipe runs flared and pressure-tested, brackets set level, condensate falls checked before commissioning.
Units temporarily removed and refitted around ceiling, joinery or painting works, scheduled with your other trades.
Usually yes, provided it is in reasonable condition and the new position suits its capacity. We check the unit before agreeing, because relocating a system already near the end of its life is money poorly spent.
That depends on the manufacturer and who carries out the work. We install to specification and document it, which is what most warranty terms require.
A single split unit is typically half a day at each end. Ducted and VRF systems need a survey because the pipework and controls are more involved.
We schedule jobs in Mussafah and the surrounding Abu Dhabi area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
Moving an air conditioner is not a case of unbolting it from the wall. The refrigerant has to be recovered properly, the pipework re-run and pressure-tested, and the system recommissioned at the new position. Done badly, the unit arrives at its new home with a leak and a shortened life.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Relocation Shifting page.

Mussafah is a new installation or a corporate maintenance contract, our team covers Mussafah with the same fixed pricing and inspection we offer across Dubai. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is industrial and logistics stock, where cooling is a process requirement rather than a comfort one. Plant is large, roof-mounted or floor-standing, runs long hours, and ingests far more dust than a residential system ever will. Downtime is measured in lost production, so the maintenance case is an availability case.
Industrial cooling runs closer to continuous than any residential system, so wear accumulates on hours rather than seasons. Compressors, contactors and fan motors are consumables on this duty. The maintenance question is not whether a component will fail but whether it fails on a planned visit or in the middle of a shift.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Mussafah first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Mussafah and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
