HILLS AC Services provides ac relocation & shifting across Dubai Outsource City, a business park of contact centres and back-office operations. The refrigerant has to be recovered properly, the pipework re-run and pressure-tested, and the system recommissioned at the new position. Done badly, the unit arrives at its new home with a leak and a shortened life.
Usually yes, provided it is in reasonable condition and the new position suits its capacity. We check the unit before agreeing, because relocating a system already near the end of its life is money poorly spent.
That depends on the manufacturer and who carries out the work. We install to specification and document it, which is what most warranty terms require.
A single split unit is typically half a day at each end. Ducted and VRF systems need a survey because the pipework and controls are more involved.
We schedule jobs in Dubai Outsource City and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
Moving an air conditioner is not a case of unbolting it from the wall. The refrigerant has to be recovered properly, the pipework re-run and pressure-tested, and the system recommissioned at the new position. Done badly, the unit arrives at its new home with a leak and a shortened life.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Relocation Shifting page.

What changes about this job in Dubai Outsource City
Dubai Outsource City is a business park of contact centres and back-office operations. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is commercial stock: offices, retail and hospitality where the system runs to an occupancy schedule rather than a family’s. That means plant sized for peak headcount, fresh-air rates that have to satisfy Dubai Municipality rather than just feel comfortable, and work scheduled around trading hours with a permit and a night slot.
Commercial cooling faults are diagnosed against a schedule rather than a complaint: a unit that cannot hold setpoint at 3pm in August but is fine at 9am is telling you about capacity, not about a fault. Work has to fit a permit and an out-of-hours slot, which is why we survey before quoting rather than pricing a job we have not seen the access for.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Outsource City first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Dubai Outsource City and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
