HILLS AC Services provides ac noise & vibration repair across Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's main commercial corridor of office towers, hotels and mixed-use buildings. A rising whine is usually bearings, a rattle on start-up is often ductwork or a damper, and a deep hum transmitted through the structure is typically mounts or resonance. Each needs a different repair.
Not immediately, but a failing bearing usually takes the motor with it, and a loose component can damage what it is striking. The repair is far cheaper before the failure than after.
Often it is not — the background noise has dropped. But if the sound is genuinely new, it is worth investigating rather than tolerating.
Usually yes. Most duct noise comes from loose joints, unsupported runs or dampers vibrating in the airflow, all of which can be addressed in place.
We schedule jobs in Sheikh Zayed Road and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
A new noise from an air conditioner is information, not just an annoyance. A rising whine is usually bearings, a rattle on start-up is often ductwork or a damper, and a deep hum transmitted through the structure is typically mounts or resonance. Each needs a different repair.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Noise Vibration Repair page.
Booking and availability in Sheikh Zayed Road
Jobs in Sheikh Zayed Road are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Sheikh Zayed Road is a new installation or a corporate maintenance contract, our team covers Sheikh Zayed Road with the same fixed pricing and inspection we offer across Dubai. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is commercial stock: offices, retail and hospitality where the system runs to an occupancy schedule rather than a family’s. That means plant sized for peak headcount, fresh-air rates that have to satisfy Dubai Municipality rather than just feel comfortable, and work scheduled around trading hours with a permit and a night slot.
Commercial cooling faults are diagnosed against a schedule rather than a complaint: a unit that cannot hold setpoint at 3pm in August but is fine at 9am is telling you about capacity, not about a fault. Work has to fit a permit and an out-of-hours slot, which is why we survey before quoting rather than pricing a job we have not seen the access for.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Sheikh Zayed Road first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Sheikh Zayed Road and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
