HILLS AC Services provides ac gas refill & top-up across Serena, a Dubailand townhouse community of Mediterranean-style family homes. Refrigerant is a sealed charge, not a consumable, so a system losing it will keep losing it. HILLS AC Services traces the leak, repairs it, then recharges to the manufacturer's exact weight for R22, R410A and R32 systems — rather than simply adding gas that will escape again within weeks.
Never, on a healthy system. Refrigerant sits in a sealed circuit and is not consumed. If yours needs topping up annually, it is leaking, and the leak is the actual repair. Anyone selling you a routine yearly gas top-up is selling you a symptom.
It depends on the refrigerant type and how much has been lost. R32 and R410A are priced differently from legacy R22. We confirm a fixed figure after the inspection, before starting.
R22 is being phased out under international agreement, so supply is shrinking and prices are rising. For an older unit still running R22 we will tell you honestly whether continuing to service it or replacing it works out cheaper over the next few years.
We schedule jobs in Serena and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
If your aircon needs regular gas top-ups, it has a leak.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Gas Refill Topup page.
Booking and availability in Serena
Jobs in Serena are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Serena is a Dubailand townhouse community of Mediterranean-style family homes. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
The condenser sits outside in Dubai sun, which is the hardest duty any part of the system does. Refrigerant loss, compressor wear and fan motor failure all trace back to how hot that unit runs and how clean its coil is. A villa system that gets its condenser coil washed properly twice a year behaves like a different machine from one that does not.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Serena first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
