Al SafaCanal district is waterside property, where higher local humidity keeps drain pans and coil surfaces wet for longer and accelerates corrosion on exposed metalwork. We check drain runs and pan condition as standard here, since blocked condensate is the fault we attend most often on this side of the community.
A dirty coil is the single biggest reason a healthy-looking AC system cools poorly and runs up your DEWA bill. HILLS AC Services washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
