HILLS AC Services covers MBR City lagoon residences, on the water, where higher local humidity puts extra load on drain lines and coil surfaces. Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts, and a before-and-after photo report on completion.
Waterside humidity keeps drain pans wetter for longer. Blocked condensate lines and mould in the drain pan are the two faults we attend most often on this side.
We schedule jobs across Mohammed Bin Rashid City within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
MBR City lagoon residences is on the water, where higher local humidity puts extra load on drain lines and coil surfaces. That affects how long a job takes, what access we need, and how the work is priced — which is why we inspect before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
No. We inspect first and give you a fixed written price. In a tower the survey matters more than people expect, because what looks like one fan coil problem is often a shared riser or a landlord-side valve, and we would rather find that before you are charged for it.
Scheduled visits to the fan coils and drain pans inside your unit, an agreed response time when something fails, and a written report each visit. The scope states plainly where the landlord’s chilled water supply ends and yours begins, which is the line most disputes turn on.
Yes. Most people in a tower start with one fan coil service, see how it is done and what the report looks like, then decide. Nothing about the first visit is priced differently because you have not committed to anything.
Tell us the property and we will confirm a fixed written price after an inspection.
