HILLS AC Services covers signature villas, a custom-build enclave of very large homes, usually on multi-zone ducted or VRF systems. Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts, and a before-and-after photo report on completion.
Larger homes here often run several zones from one plant, so a fault in one room is frequently a balancing or damper issue rather than a failure of the unit itself.
We schedule jobs across Al Barari within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
signature villas is a custom-build enclave of very large homes, usually on multi-zone ducted or VRF systems. That affects how long a job takes, what access we need, and how the work is priced — which is why we inspect before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
No. We inspect first and give you a fixed written price. On a villa the survey decides the number, because outlet count, duct length and how many separate systems the property runs vary enormously between two houses on the same street.
Scheduled visits covering every system on the property rather than one representative unit, an agreed response time, and a written report each visit. On a villa the scope has to name the equipment, because a house with three systems and a water tank is a different job from one with a single split.
Yes, and on a villa it is usually the sensible order. One visit tells us how many systems you actually have and what condition they are in, which is the information a contract should be priced from rather than estimated.
Tell us the property and we will confirm a fixed written price after an inspection.
