HILLS AC Services covers Acacia, part of Al Barari, an ultra-low-density villa community built around landscaped waterways and botanical gardens, with very large plots. Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts, and a before-and-after photo report on completion.
We work across Dubai Marina regularly, so scheduling here rarely needs a separate trip. Tell us your property type when booking and we will bring the right equipment first time.
We schedule jobs across Al Barari within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
Acacia is part of Al Barari, an ultra-low-density villa community built around landscaped waterways and botanical gardens, with very large plots. That affects how long a job takes, what access we need, and how the work is priced — which is why we inspect before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
No. We inspect first and give you a fixed written price. On a villa the survey decides the number, because outlet count, duct length and how many separate systems the property runs vary enormously between two houses on the same street.
Scheduled visits covering every system on the property rather than one representative unit, an agreed response time, and a written report each visit. On a villa the scope has to name the equipment, because a house with three systems and a water tank is a different job from one with a single split.
Yes, and on a villa it is usually the sensible order. One visit tells us how many systems you actually have and what condition they are in, which is the information a contract should be priced from rather than estimated.
Tell us the property and we will confirm a fixed written price after an inspection.

What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not publish photographs of your property without your written permission.

How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for 12 months if you do not book. Job records, invoices and service certificates are kept for 5 years to meet UAE accounting and warranty requirements.

Data Protection Statement
Our commitment
HILLS AC Services enters people's homes and offices. We treat what we see and record there as confidential, and we handle your personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the UAE Personal Data Protection Law).
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and to perform the contract for the service you have booked.
Data minimisation
We ask for the minimum needed to quote and deliver the job: name, contact number, area, and address at booking. We do not ask for identification documents, financial details or anything unrelated to the service.
Payments
We do not store card details. Card payments are processed by the payment provider or terminal at the point of sale, and we retain only the transaction reference on your invoice.
Photographs
Before and after photographs are taken of ducts, coils, tanks or work areas as a record of the job, and are shared with you. We will not use any photograph of your property in marketing without asking you first and receiving your written agreement.
Breach response
If personal data is lost or exposed, we will investigate immediately, notify affected customers without undue delay, and report to the UAE Data Office where the law requires it.
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price is fixed in writing after the inspection and does not change on the day, unless you ask us to add work that was not quoted.
Booking & cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or email. Please give us at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can reallocate the slot.
Access
Someone over 18 must be present to give access at the start and to sign off at the end. Please make sure ceiling access panels and tank hatches are reachable.
Our workmanship guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a duct or deep cleaning job, tell us within 7 days and we will return and re-clean the affected area at no charge.
Liability
We are insured. We protect floors and furniture before starting. In the unlikely event we damage something, report it within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or compensate fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing faults in ageing AC equipment, ductwork or plumbing that become apparent during service. We will always point these out to you.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Tamara and Tabby.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
