Only to respond to your enquiry, quote, schedule and carry out your job, issue your invoice, and follow up about the service. We may contact you about a maintenance reminder for a service you have already used. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not publish photographs of your property without your written permission.
Only where necessary to deliver the service: our technicians assigned to your job, and, for water tank work, the independent laboratory that issues your water clearance report. Both are bound to confidentiality.
Enquiry details are kept for 12 months if you do not book. Job records, invoices and service certificates are kept for 5 years to meet UAE accounting and warranty requirements.
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted. Email info@hillsaccleanng.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Enquiries reach us through WhatsApp's encrypted messaging or our email. Job records are held on password-protected devices and accounts. Access is limited to staff who need it.
Our services are contracted by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
HILLS AC Services enters people's homes and offices. We treat what we see and record there as confidential, and we handle your personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the UAE Personal Data Protection Law).
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and to perform the contract for the service you have booked.
We ask for the minimum needed to quote and deliver the job: name, contact number, area, and address at booking. We do not ask for identification documents, financial details or anything unrelated to the service.
We do not store card details. Card payments are processed by the payment provider or terminal at the point of sale, and we retain only the transaction reference on your invoice.
Before and after photographs are taken of ducts, coils, tanks or work areas as a record of the job, and are shared with you. We will not use any photograph of your property in marketing without asking you first and receiving your written agreement.
If personal data is lost or exposed, we will investigate immediately, notify affected customers without undue delay, and report to the UAE Data Office where the law requires it.

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price is fixed in writing after the free inspection and does not change on the day, unless you ask us to add work that was not quoted.
Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or email. Please give us at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can reallocate the slot.
Someone over 18 must be present to give access at the start and to sign off at the end. Please make sure ceiling access panels and tank hatches are reachable.
If you are not satisfied with a duct or deep cleaning job, tell us within 7 days and we will return and re-clean the affected area at no charge.
We are insured. We protect floors and furniture before starting. In the unlikely event we damage something, report it within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or compensate fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing faults in ageing AC equipment, ductwork or plumbing that become apparent during service. We will always point these out to you.
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Tamara and Tabby.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
